While You Are Sleeping (with parts unfolding, for Megan)

"and I was walking in the park now, children singing songs that
will now make all our dreams come true
i'm in love with you" -rickie lee jones

I. (april 13, 2004)
now i'm seeing things for the waves that they are
the vent in the bathroom
faint or super bright light at the edges of things
i think i'm looking at things no one else thinks to
while you are sleeping
i sense your doubt and turn my head
knowing that illusion myself
its false implicity
under the cover of early morning
a running joke
hands over overwhelmed hearts
fingers in the air like hindu deities
here is our own frequency
where we are holding our children
until you, i've never cared for holding another during sleep

II. (april 9, 2004)
Guinvere,
now that you've got me gone
hyaline sketches of whats to be are drawn
and like epitaxy we were grown
though we've left that wing, now we are flown

now that this new manna is
lets remember aurea mediocritas
now that we are apparently irradiating
lets walk tall
as this incorporeal branching spares no one a phase

III. (april 12, 2004)
so many things spoken in an unspoken way
and what was heavenly came in whispers
witnessing: the first season of our love
a streak of white light over your bed (angelic)
alone we are like that angel, glittering in the hess light night
and how you held your hands on me

(deepest purple then to violet geometric abstraction staticing bliss pixels buried in white
linen and light blue air bursting into your gaze body haloing yellow and orange
electric spirit real water au naturale)

you fucking breathed me in and out
every moment with you like a sweet fever pronounced
nondual rythmn, sweeping spirit
rivers once bent now straightened
as we collapse head first in to each other
out of body oblivion
pranamaya fuck
